Christmas Parties, Happy Baby, Museums and Visitors

More fun pictures of Darren: Seriously the happiest baby in the world. Maybe minus this first two where clearly he was plotting something... haha!

Christmas time means trying out fudge. In this case, tiger fudge! Easy, delicious, and very pretty.

Ryan and I were invited to two separate parties on the same night and the same time - both kid free. We decided the best way to handle it was to find a sitter (minus keeping Darren with me) and going our separate ways. The party I attended was thrown by my dear friend Jessamin. She said she had always wanted to host a real dinner party and boy - it did not disappoint! Honestly, Jessamin is one of the most talented people I have met in my life. She did all the decor, cooked everything from scratch, and was the most incredible host! It was such an amazing night - intimate, beautiful, special, and a once in a life time sort of evening. I will never forget it!

The food was absolutely divine! And the company even better.

Yet more pictures of this happy boy. This is right when he woke up. There is no better way to wake up, just so you know. :)

Another fun event at the Balloon Museum:

Lounged back sleepin':

And the best part of all? Explora... with OMA and OPA! They came down a few days before Christmas to spend a week with us! It doesn't get much better than that!

We discovered a room I didn't know existed (there's so much of that place we haven't explored yet. Haha!) Opa and Pierscen had a great time building together.
